Founded in 1999 with the aim to apply inkjet technology to the food sector, Lesepidado represents a landmark both in scientific and in industrial partnership. The company operates on a global scale, integrating ink formulation research, Made in Italy machinery design, private label customization, and regulatory compliance.
Food printing ecosystem
Lesepidado’s offering is based on developing integrated solutions for inkjet printing on food and edible supports.
- Inkjet printing systems: high-resolution food printers for both artisanal confectionery laboratories and industrial production lines. This printing technology is expandable to packaging and other technical sectors.
- Food inks and supports: high chromatic performance edible inks and dedicated printable supports, among which Easyprint sheets, sugar paste, wafer and chocotransfer.
Food printers range
To meet any format, speed, and print volume requirement, the machinery line is divided into three macro-categories.
1. Direct-to-food printers
- Dolcina Pro V2: high-resolution A3+ food printer designed for direct printing onto cakes, biscuits, macarons, chocolate, marshmallows and much more.
2. Food printers for edible sheets
- Zuccherina: compact multifunction food printer for edible sheets with integrated scanner, ideal for artisan workshops for reproducing graphics on Easyprint sheets, sugar paste, wafers and chocotransfer.
- Pasticcina 5.0: A3 food printer manageable from a computer or mobile app, designed to handle medium and large runs of edible sheets thanks to ink tanks that can be refilled from dedicated bottles.
3. Continuous industrial printing systems
- Infinity Therm, Infinity 2.0 and Infinity: single-pass inkjet solutions for high-speed production directly on the conveyor belt.
Inks safety, R&D e and regulatory compliance
