Davide Malizia is a master pastry chef and sugar artist, internationally recognized for his award-winning career in pastry and gelato. He has been an 8-time World Champion, once as a competitor and seven times as a coach, distinguished by his talent, technique, and ability to guide professionals toward excellence.
In 2020, he received the prestigious Sucre d’Or award as Best Sugar Artist in the World for the following ten years. Founder of Aromacademy, a Pastry Academy in Rome, he continues to dedicate himself to study, research, and training new generations of professionals.
A member of APEI – Ambassadors of Italian Pastry Excellence since its founding, in September 2024 he joined Relais Desserts International together with Aromacademy. Today, Davide Malizia continues to stand out for a vision of pastry that combines art, technique, research, and advanced training.
