Airbrush Chock Matt is a hydroalcoholic food coloring for airbrush, with a matt effect, suitable for surface use on chocolate.
For use, an airbrush with a 0.3 mm nozzle is recommended. For cleaning the airbrush, the use of food-grade alcohol is recommended, avoiding the use of water for cleaning the gun.
In addition to airbrush application, the coloring can also be applied freehand, with a food-safe brush or through decorative stencils.
Once dry, the product is touch-resistant and gives creations an elegant appearance. Its adhesion makes it also suitable for decorating ceramic serving dishes, allowing the creation of food decorations on serving plates and desserts.
Before use, it is necessary to resuspend any powder sediment deposited on the bottom by shaking the product thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous. It is recommended to shake the product also during use.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Airbrush Chock Matt is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
