Airbrush Chock Pearl is a hydroalcoholic airbrush food coloring with a pearlescent effect, suitable for surface use on chocolate.
For use, an airbrush with a 0.3 mm nozzle is recommended. For cleaning the airbrush, the use of food-grade alcohol is recommended, avoiding the use of water for cleaning the gun.
Once dry, the product is touch-resistant and gives creations an elegant pearlescent effect. It can also be applied freehand with a food-safe brush or using decorative stencils.
Its adhesion makes it also suitable for decorating ceramic serving plates, allowing food decorations to be created on plates and desserts.
Before use, any powder sediment deposited on the bottom must be resuspended by shaking the product thoroughly until homogeneous. It is recommended to shake the product also during use.
Like all Lesepidado products, Airbrush Chock Pearl is manufactured in a facility certified to BRC/IFS standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
