Cover Paste is Lesepidado’s sugar paste designed for covering cakes, cookies and many other confectionery preparations. Easy to use, it allows precise and uniform rolling thanks to its particular elasticity.
In combination with concentrated Gel Color, it can be colored in mass to obtain the desired shade. Surface coloring can instead be achieved with the Lesepidado range of airbrushes, powders or sprays, to obtain different chromatic and decorative effects.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Cover Paste is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
