Dolcina Pro V2 is the high-resolution A3+ format food printer developed by Lesepidado for customizing cakes and confectionery products with high-quality food prints.
It allows printing on products positioned on the work surface or directly on a tray. Thanks to the height sensor, it automatically detects the product dimensions and enables precise prints on pastries up to 13.5 cm in height, reducing the risk of accidental impacts.
In approximately five minutes, Dolcina Pro V2 can perform complete prints up to A3+ size without operator intervention to adjust the print head height and without ink waste, thus enabling precise, reliable, and economical prints.
It is possible to integrate standard or customized jigs to position products precisely on the printing surface. Jigs help speed up work and ensure that each image is always printed in the same spot, improving precision, repeatability, and quality of the final result.
