Edible Glitter is the edible glitter designed for the surface decoration of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries and many other preparations. It is ideal for adding a special touch to desserts, thanks to a shiny and decorative effect.
Lesepidado edible glitters are available in two versions: rice-based and sugar-based. Rice-based glitters are obtained from modified rice starch: they have a less brilliant appearance and a rougher texture, characteristics that make them suitable for decorations with a more natural and discreet effect.
Sugar-based edible glitters, on the other hand, are made with sugar, food coloring and, in some cases, gum arabic. They have a very bright, smooth and uniform yield; they are easy to work with and apply and are particularly suitable when you want to achieve a sparkling, evident and lively final effect.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Edible Glitter is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
