Gum Paste is the Lesepidado sugar paste designed for modeling and creating flowers and decorative subjects. Easy to work with even using molds, it is soft and pliable during use, then hardens over the following hours to achieve a high-quality final result.
Thanks to its particular elasticity, it allows precise and uniform rolling, making it suitable for creating molded decorations, three-dimensional details, and decorative compositions.
In combination with concentrated Gel Colors, it can be colored throughout to achieve the desired shade. Surface coloring can instead be achieved with the Lesepidado range of airbrushes, powders, or sprays, to obtain different chromatic and decorative effects.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Gum Paste is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
