Icing is a plant-based food decoration with a matte effect, designed for various applications in the pastry sector, from artisanal to industrial production.
Suitable for semifreddos, mousses, and numerous other confectionery preparations, this icing for cake decorations is ideal both for writing and for decorating directly on the surface. The consistency developed by Lesepidado allows for precise and creative application on products such as biscuits, mousses, cakes, and ice creams.
The matte-effect food-grade icing is formulated to solidify approximately 20 minutes after application. It allows for colorful and opaque effects, which can be printed on using Lesepidado food printers or used to create embossed writing and decorations.
Perfect for adding elegance to numerous confectionery products, it is particularly suitable for writing on birthday cakes, biscuits, and other preparations. Its professional yield makes it suitable for various decorative needs.
Icing is also available for piping bags and can be purchased in jars for professional use or in tubes for domestic use.
Like all Lesepidado products, Icing is gluten-free and manufactured in compliance with trade regulations even for non-European countries, with formulations dedicated to different markets.
The matte-effect food-grade icing is also available in a Natural version. Upon request, it is also available with added flavoring.
