Infinity 2.0 is the high-speed food printer for large volumes that Lesepidado has developed for the pastry industry with high production outputs.
Designed to operate on long or continuous cycles, it uses single-pass inkjet technology, which allows printing up to 9,000 pieces per hour.
By combining multiple print heads, it is possible to obtain an expandable printable surface up to 2 meters wide, allowing numerous production batches to be managed in short timeframes.
The printing software allows setting custom resolutions from 150 dpi to 600 dpi, maintaining high graphic quality even during long or continuous work cycles.
The Ink Bulk system expands cartridge capacity and allows work to be set up while reducing interruptions for refilling.
