High-speed industrial food printer

Infinity is the Lesepidado industrial food printer designed for the pastry industry with high production volumes, operating on long or continuous cycles.

Thanks to single-pass inkjet technology, Infinity can print large volumes in short times, up to a maximum of approximately 5,000 pieces per hour.

The organization of the printer components allows multiple print heads to be positioned side by side, achieving a printable width of over 2 meters. In this way, Infinity enables complex and continuous production to be handled with a scalable system.

Infinity has printing software that can be configured to custom resolutions. Alternatively, the standard resolution is 180 dpi.

For continuous work on high quantities of products, Infinity uses an Ink Bulk system, designed to allow the printer to operate continuously without frequent interventions for refilling or replacing cartridges.
