Modelling Paste is the Lesepidado sugar paste designed for modelling and for creating characters and decorations for cakes, biscuits, and cupcakes.
Easy to use, thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is particularly malleable and allows for precise and easy modelling. This sugar paste is suitable for creating artistic decorations and can be worked without breaking. Once modelled, it maintains the desired shape.
The particular elasticity of Modelling Paste also allows for uniform rolling, making it suitable for various decorative needs in pastry making.
In combination with concentrated Gel Colors, it can be mass-coloured to obtain the desired shade. Surface colouring can instead be achieved with the Lesepidado range of airbrushes, powders, or sprays, to obtain different chromatic and decorative effects.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Modelling Paste is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
