Moulding Paste is Lesepidado’s sugar paste designed for use with molds and for creating decorations for cakes, cookies, and cupcakes.
Easy to use, thanks to its elasticity and strength, it is particularly malleable and allows for precise and effortless working. It is ideal for creating artistic decorations and can be molded without breaking. Once placed in the mold, it maintains the desired shape.
The particular elasticity of Moulding Paste also allows for uniform rolling, making it suitable for various decorative needs in pastry.
In combination with concentrated Gel Colors, it can be colored in mass to achieve the desired shade. Surface coloring can instead be achieved with Lesepidado’s range of airbrushes, powders, or sprays, to obtain different chromatic and decorative effects.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Moulding Paste is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
