Pasticcina 5.0 is the A3 food printer that Lesepidado has created for pastry laboratories that want to personalize their creations with food-grade prints on edible sheets (wafer, sugar paste, chocotransfer, and Easyprint).
In addition to the A3 format, it also allows working in A4, A5, and A6 formats, thus offering good flexibility in managing both large and small print sizes.
Fast and reliable, Pasticcina 5.0 is suitable for both medium print runs and more consistent print volumes.
The printing time to entirely cover an A3 format sheet is just over 2 minutes. Ink management is handled via refillable tanks, designed to reduce interruptions due to frequent cartridge refilling, especially during longer printing sessions.
Pasticcina 5.0 allows you to print by connecting a computer and launching the graphic project from any software, or directly from a tablet or mobile phone via a dedicated application.
