Powder Lake food coloring is a fat-soluble food powder, suitable for surface or mass coloring of chocolate, substitutes, buttercreams and, in general, fat-based preparations.

Powder Lake is a versatile product, suitable for both artisanal and industrial production. Highly concentrated, it is used in numerous food applications and preparations.

Powder Lake food coloring can be applied with a brush on any food surface. It can be used pure or diluted with food-grade alcohol or, even better, with Lesepidado food-grade shellac, which allows it to be fixed persistently on the surface. In this way, the product takes on a consistency similar to that of a paste food coloring, which can be applied directly to the surface of pastries.

For mass use, it can be poured directly into the product to be colored, or it can first be diluted with a small amount of cocoa butter or alcohol.

Like the entire Lesepidado range, Powder Lake is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.

Lesepidado creates custom colors and packaging on request.
