Lesepidado’s Powder Pearl pearlescent powder coloring is applied directly to the product surface to color and create pearlescent effects. Ideal for adding an elegant pearlescent color to many confectionery creations such as cookies, chocolate, cakes, semifreddos, ice cream, and much more.
It can be used to decorate fondant and other food surfaces. It can be used pure or diluted in alcohol to create an “edible paint.”
Powder Pearl pearlescent powder coloring is not designed for mass coloring, as it would lose its pearlescent effect, which is only visible on transparent masses or on the surface.
It is available in different packaging options for different uses. To achieve a “diffused” effect, the pump bottle version can be used.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Powder Pearl is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
