Spray Butter Velvet by Lesepidado is the velvet effect cocoa butter spray, specifically designed to give an elegant velvety appearance to cold dessert surfaces. Ideal for creations with great visual impact, it is recommended for all creative, artisan or semi-industrial pastry work. Perfect for the creations of cake designers and eclectic pastry chefs.

Ideal for cold desserts such as ice cream, ice cream cakes or semifreddos, this velvet effect spray is designed to add a touch of class to every creation. The convenience of the spray format makes it extremely effective and easy to use.

Spray Butter Velvet is made for exclusive use on cold surfaces such as ice cream cakes, semifreddos, mousses, ice cream. The effect is not visible on products that are not cold. The velvet effect cocoa butter spray for pastries is suitable for application on polycarbonate molds before pouring chocolate.

Like the entire Lesepidado range, Spray Butter Velvet is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
