Sweet Lace Matt is the Lesepidado two-component powder preparation for creating edible lace. It is suitable for decorations with decorative mats and silicone molds, and is designed to create customized and high-impact designs.
Suitable for use in artisanal, semi-industrial, and industrial pastry making, Sweet Lace Matt allows for the creation of elegant, precise, and long-lasting edible lace decorations.
The preparation can be combined with water-soluble food colorings to obtain bulk coloring and create different chromatic shades. For better fixing directly onto the surface of the cake, we recommend using Lesepidado Edible Glue.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Sweet Lace Matt is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
