The water-based Food tempera has been produced by Lesepidado for decorating and coloring chocolate surfaces, cookies, pastries, sugar paste, marzipan and cakes.
It is also suitable for coloring various edible surfaces, allowing delicate decorative effects to be achieved, such as a natural watercolor effect.
Its composition also allows for coloring sugar paste throughout. To obtain a more subtle color, the product can be diluted with water before application.
Food tempera can be applied directly to the surface to be decorated using a food-safe brush, allowing precise work suited to various decorative needs.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Food tempera is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
