Velvet Paste is Lesepidado’s sugar paste for covering and modeling, characterized by a velvety, fine texture. It is also suitable for use during the summer season or in countries characterized by heat and humidity, where high temperatures require a paste capable of withstanding particularly demanding environmental conditions.
Easy to use, it allows precise and uniform application thanks to its particular elasticity. It is suitable both for covering cakes and pastries, and for creating molded decorations.
In combination with concentrated Gel Colors, it can be mass-colored to obtain the desired shade. Surface coloring can instead be achieved with the Lesepidado range of airbrushes, powders or sprays, to obtain different chromatic and decorative effects.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Velvet Paste is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
