AIRBRUSH CHOCK MATT: HYDRO-ALCOHOLIC PASTEL COLOUR

Lesepidado, Italian leader in the engineering and the manufacturing of food printers, is also producer of food colours such as Airbrush Chock Matt, the hydro-alcoholic pastel colour suitable for use on the surface of chocolate.

Airbrush Chock Matt is a hydro-alcoholic airbrush colour, advised for application with a 0.3 mm diameter nozzle airbrush. Washable with potable alcohol, do not use water for cleaning the airbrush gun.

Resistant to the touch once dried, this hydro-alcoholic airbrush colouring gives an amazing pastel effect to your creations. It is suitable for freehand application, using food grade brushes, decorative stencils and, of course, an airbrush; its durability makes it ideal for the decoration of ceramic serving dishes to create edible decorations on serving dishes and desserts. Before use, it is necessary to remove the possible powder sediment that settles on the bottom and shake thoroughly to make it homogeneous. Shaking during use is recommended. 

As the complete Lesepidado range of products, Airbrush Chock Matt has been developed and manufactured in a BRC and IFS certified facility, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
