INFINITY 2.0: THE HIGH-SPEED FOOD PRINTER FOR LARGE VOLUMES

As an industrial food printer, Infinity 2.0 is provided with a powerful printing software, with the possibility of setting it on customized resolutions from 150 dpi up to 600 dpi, reaching photographic quality even if used in long or continuous production cycles. Infinity 2.0 is the food printer for large volumes that represents a step forwards in terms of graphic performance on food prints.

Also, Infinity 2.0 high speed food printer is provided with the Ink Bulk system. This sytems extends the capacity of the cartridges, allowing to carry out the job without interrupting it to recharge them. Infinity 2.0’s conveyor beld can reach the speed of 25 meters per minute.

The performances of Infinity 2.0 food printer for large volumes are extremely efficient: for example, to print an image of size seven by seven centimeters on nine thousand wafer paper sheets, it would take an hour to accomplish the lot. Thanks to the integrated managmente software, it will be possible to program Infinity 2.0 in accordance with the user’s needs. The extremely high-quality grade of the prints will be ensured during each operation of the cycle. The printing bulk will assure a precise and reliable operational continuity.

In additon, Infinity allows to place the system on an existing production line. The printer is in fact offered as a stand-alone conformation (complete with conveyor belt and complete printing system) or as a simple version for being installed on a pre-existing production line.

The printing heads of Infinity 2.0 use piezo technology, the detecting system of the printable surface is carried out by trigger sensors that allow the activation of the printing heads only if the unit is correctly placed. The inks, used for the operations of Infinity 2.0 high speed food printer are realized by Lesepidado and are the result of twenty years of experience in Inkjet printing in the food sector; these inks are obtained from food ingredients and have been developed in various formulations in compliance with the regulations in force in the different countries.
