JELLY: COLOURED EDIBLE JELLY

Jelly is the coloured edible jelly ideal for covering cakes and pastries. Perfect to be used also for finishing operations, writing or decorating with a piping bag, it gives to your cakes a pleasant touch of brightness. 

It is possible to spread it on wafer paper and wafers, decorated or printed, in order to brighten up the printed colours and it is essential for realizing cakes covered with fruit, to avoid yellowing and dehydration. Also useful to glue decorations on cakes of several kinds, the coloured edible jelly Jelly offers a various range of applications. 

As the complete Lesepidado range of products, Jelly has been developed and manufactured in a BRC and IFS certified facility, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
