Tommaso Zoboli is a chef from Modena, born in 1998, at the helm of the restaurant Patrizia in Modena, which opened on October 7, 2023. His cuisine stems from a natural curiosity for aesthetics, technique, and the forms of taste, also matured through his experience in the kitchen of Gianfranco Pascucci in Fiumicino, where he deepened his precision, care for raw materials, and attention to the product.
After experiences across Italy and Northern Europe, Zoboli brought Patrizia to life, a project that interprets the restaurant as a contemporary ritual and creative laboratory. The format is developed around a 14-seat chef’s table, with an open kitchen and a menu designed as an editorial object, to build an immersive and dynamic experience.
Patrizia’s cuisine starts from Emilian raw materials, treated with a contemporary vision, sharp flavors, studied textures, and elegant contrasts. Every four months, the restaurant changes its identity through thematic gastronomic seasons, in which the menu, lighting, music, service, mise en place, and atmosphere engage in a coherent dialogue.
With Patrizia, Tommaso Zoboli proposes a cuisine that is born from ideas even before the dishes: a journey capable of uniting territory, imagination, aesthetics, and the relationship with the guest, transforming each season into a unique and unrepeatable gastronomic experience.
