Mirror Glaze is the edible mirror glaze for coatings designed by Lesepidado for decorating desserts and semifreddos. It is suitable for giving preparations a mirrored, transparent, and glossy effect, enhancing their aesthetics and final presentation.
Mirror Glaze can be bulk-colored with Gel Color or water-soluble food powders to achieve the desired shade based on the type of decoration.
Like the entire Lesepidado range, Mirror Glaze is designed and produced in a facility certified according to BRC/IFS food standards, where no gluten-containing raw materials are used.
