Born in Brescia into a family of pastry chefs spanning generations, she has developed a professional path where art, chocolate, and pastry are distinctively intertwined.
Always drawn to creativity and local raw materials, Anna Gerasi combines a strong bond with her territory with a contemporary vision of pastry making. her offerings combine leavened products, modern pastry, and chocolate making, keeping chocolate at the center, which she considers her material of choice: through chocolate, she creates, communicates, and tells the story of her art.
In 2022, she won the Italian selection of the prestigious World Chocolate Masters competition, earning the title of Italian champion and the opportunity to represent Italy at the world final in Paris. This achievement confirms her talent in artistic chocolate processing and her ability to transform technique, creative vision, and aesthetic sensitivity into high-impact works.
