Mini extraction booth for pastry laboratories

TIRAmisù Booth by Lesepidado is a mini extraction booth designed for restaurants, pastry shops, and chocolate laboratories using compressed air systems. Ideal for the spray application of cocoa butter, chocolate, fat-soluble food colorings, gelatin, and other products, it allows for tidy, safe, and controlled work without contaminating the surrounding environment.

Compact and suitable for professional use, it is equipped with a filtering system featuring a washable stainless steel labyrinth filter and a double set of acrylic filters to trap even the finest particles. The internal structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a work surface suitable for 400×600 mm trays. Upon request, it can be completed with a stainless steel support on wheels, a retractable shelf, and an oil-free medical compressor. It does not require a flue connection.
